Your tomorrow can be anything

Letters from Across the Veil - The Unheard Voices

"My name is Susanne.

I lived in Boston in 1920 with my family.

I was abused mentally all my life by my father and the only way for me to escape was to become a nun and leave my family.

I went to work in a hospice in London to take care of elder people and I lived there for 5 years.

Then I went to Canada to live with other sisters and there, I realized, what I always wanted.

I want to live a normal life, I want a family, mine.

But it's too late now.

I'm very upset!

This letter is the way out of my anger, out of my toxic thoughts.

I have to embrace my fate and I want things to be different this time.

I would like to be a ballerina, free to dance and express all my life.

I cried a lot and now, no one can hear me anymore.

Do not accept your bad fate, fight, do not run away, you can make it.

If you don't try, only anger is what will be left.

Don't be afraid to face anything, is your destiny to be brave, to accept, to move on, to live the life you deserve. To live, not only to survive for fear.

Your tomorrow can be anything, is up to you to choose and live.

I want to make it and I will.

Thank you for freeing my anger and for giving me the chance to start again.

Blessing."

Susanne was angry with herself for not having had the courage to make a choice for her life, to achieve the life she would've wanted to have.

She preferred to run, she chose to run and after a while, she realized that wasn't the answer. She didn't want to face her father and the consequences, so she sacrificed herself and her life for fear.

She wants to be free, to express herself with the dance and she will make it.

Now she knows that nothing should stop you to live the life you dream of.

She learned a lesson and her advice can help other people to reach their goal.
